Love isn't always Beautiful
It’s full of pain and sacrifice, plain Jane and lame dudes
Enslaved to the thought brought upon you by the established social norms
Love can even grow horns, demonized by the bitterness of one’s own soul
Love isn’t always beautiful
It waxes and wanes like the moon undecided on what it truly wants to do
Shadowed by misguided souls and conquered minds
Shrouded in the mysteries of sexuality
Love isn’t always beautiful
To truly understand the complexities of love
You have to travel a lonely road, build within yourself the confidence to love unconditionally
Not be defined by signs, minds or material finds
Love isn’t always beautiful
It waxes and wanes like the enigma that is the moon
Like the tides of the mighty ocean it comes and goes
Love is energy, never dying only transferring and growing more powerful with more understanding
Love isn’t always beautiful
If you think it is
You aren’t truly ready for the rollercoaster ride that is
Love
